Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optional company name, message, and the technical data needed to submit the form. Providing the required fields is necessary so that we can process and answer your enquiry. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken before entering into a contract or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend, a service provided by Resend, Inc., which processes the submitted information on our behalf. Resend may process data outside the EEA subject to the safeguards described in its privacy policy.

We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Information subject to statutory commercial or tax retention obligations is retained for the applicable statutory period.

Anti-spam protection

The form uses a hidden honeypot field. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it also analyses technical connection and browser data to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.
